 continue                continue Statement

 continue;

    The continue statement terminates the execution of the current
    iteration of the `do', `for' or `while' statement in which it
    appears--any remaining statements in the loop body are skipped. In
    do and while loops, control is transferred to the do or while
    controlling expression. With the `for' loop, control is passed to
    the termination-condition test.

      Notes: There is distinct difference between the effects of
                `break' and `continue': `break' actually exits the loop,
                whereas continue skips the remainder of the body for this
                iteration, and then continues the loop with the next
                iteration.

   -------------------------------- Example ---------------------------------

           while (i-- > 0) {
               if (condition)
                   continue;
               ... /* Continue causes these statements to be skipped */
               ...       /*     when condition is TRUE                     */
               ...
           }
